Maintaining Your Certification

NISM Certified Professionals are required to earn a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education before their certifications expire after a period of two years in order to maintain an active certification. Once a certified professional has submitted proof of 20 hours of continuing education and paid the application fee, they will then be eligible for re-certification.
